These Terms of Service govern your use of sportswin.co.ke and any predictions or analysis you purchase from Sportswin Predictions ("Sportswin", "we", "us"). By using the site or paying for a slip, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the site or purchase our service.
1. Who we are
Sportswin Predictions is an independent sports analysis service based in Nairobi, Kenya. We publish predictions for the SportPesa Mega Jackpot and Midweek Jackpot rounds.
We are not a betting operator. We do not accept bets, run any betting products, or facilitate gambling transactions. We are not affiliated with SportPesa, Safaricom, or M-PESA.
2. What we provide
For KSh 99 per slip, we provide:
- A prediction for each fixture in the current round (1, X, or 2)
- A confidence rating for each fixture
- Banker picks flagged at 85%+ confidence
- Short reasoning notes where relevant
- Delivery by SMS to the Safaricom number that made the payment
This is an information service. We sell analysis and opinion. We do not sell guaranteed outcomes, insider information, or anything that could be described as a certainty.
3. Pricing and payment
The price per slip is KSh 99, payable via:
- M-Pesa STK Push — enter your Safaricom number on the site, receive a prompt on your phone, enter your PIN.
- Paybill 553 491, Account Jackpot, Amount KSh 99 — manual payment.
Payment is a one-time charge per slip. There is no subscription, no recurring billing, and no automatic renewal. If you want a slip for the next round, you pay again.
Prices are in Kenyan Shillings and inclusive of any applicable taxes.
4. Delivery
When your payment is confirmed, the slip is dispatched by SMS to the Safaricom number that made the payment. Delivery is typically within 30 seconds, but can occasionally take a few minutes under load.
If you do not receive the SMS within 5 minutes, contact us on WhatsApp at +254 718 981 122. We will verify the payment and re-send or deliver manually.
5. Refunds
Predictions are digital goods that are delivered immediately. Once the SMS has been dispatched to your number, we do not offer refunds.
Exceptions:
- If you were charged but no slip was delivered and we cannot deliver it manually, we will refund the KSh 99.
- If a duplicate charge occurred for the same round, we will refund the duplicate.

6. Accuracy and limitations
We publish an accuracy rate and track our predictions. However:
- No prediction is guaranteed. Sport is inherently unpredictable. Any single slip may be wrong in whole or in part.
- Past performance does not guarantee future results. Our tracked accuracy rate is a historical record, not a promise.
- You make your own betting decisions. We provide analysis. What you do with it is your responsibility.
- We are not liable for your losses. You should never bet more than you can afford to lose.
7. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use this service. By purchasing a slip, you confirm that you are legally old enough to bet in Kenya.
We do not knowingly sell to minors. If we become aware that a purchase was made by someone under 18, we will refund the payment and void the slip.
8. Acceptable use
When using our service, you agree not to:
- Resell or redistribute the predictions we deliver to you
- Use the site to commit fraud or any unlawful activity
- Attempt to bypass our payment system or access slips without paying
- Use automated tools to scrape the site or overwhelm our systems
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a slip if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
9. Intellectual property
The content on this site — including our predictions, analysis, written copy, and design — is our property. You may read it, use it for your own personal betting decisions, and share the slip you paid for with people you want to share it with. You may not republish it commercially or represent it as your own.
10. Changes to the service
We may change the site, the pricing, the delivery method, or the scope of the service at any time. If we change the price or the fundamental nature of the service, we will update these terms and note the change date at the top of the page.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the site or our service is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected slip (KSh 99 per slip).
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses — including lost betting stakes, lost opportunity, or losses on other bets.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any dispute arising from your use of the site or our service will be resolved in the courts of Kenya.
