This Disclaimer explains the limits of what Sportswin Predictions ("Sportswin", "we", "us") provides, and the risks you accept when you use our service. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. No guaranteed wins
Every prediction on this site is a probabilistic estimate, not a certainty. Football results are inherently unpredictable: a red card, a deflected goal, an injury in warm-up, or a managerial decision can change a match that looked settled.
We do not guarantee that any slip we sell will win, or that any individual prediction will be correct. Our accuracy rate is a historical measure of past performance, not a promise of future results.
2. Past performance
Where we quote an accuracy rate (for example, "87% verified accuracy"), this is a record of past performance on tracked rounds. It is not a promise about future rounds. Any prediction service that claims certainty is either lying or misinformed.
3. Gambling risk
Betting carries financial risk. You can lose the money you stake. To reduce risk:
- Never bet more than you can afford to lose.
- Set a monthly betting budget and stick to it.
- Do not chase losses with bigger stakes.
- Treat betting as entertainment, not as income.

4. Independence from SportPesa, Safaricom, and M-PESA
Sportswin Predictions is an independent sports analysis service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to:
- SportPesa or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates
- Safaricom or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates
- M-PESA
- Any bookmaker, betting operator, or gambling regulator
Any references to "SportPesa", "Mega Jackpot", "Midweek Jackpot", "M-PESA", or similar terms are used descriptively — to identify the products and services we analyse or that you use to pay us. Their use does not imply any affiliation.
5. Information service only
We provide information and analysis. We do not:
- Accept bets or operate any betting product
- Facilitate gambling transactions between you and any bookmaker
- Hold or manage any money you might stake
- Provide financial or investment advice
- Act as an agent of SportPesa or any bookmaker
Any bet you place is between you and your chosen bookmaker. We are not party to it and have no control over the outcome.
6. No professional advice
Nothing on this site constitutes professional financial, legal, tax, or betting advice. Predictions are opinion. You should make your own decisions about whether and how to bet, and if necessary take independent professional advice.
7. Data accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the data and analysis we publish. However, sources can be wrong, delayed, or incomplete. We do not warrant that every fact, statistic, or claim on the site is accurate at the time you read it.
Where a fixture list is provided (for example, "This Week's Live Mega Jackpot Fixtures"), it is drawn from a third-party API and may not be fully up to date. The official SportPesa site is the definitive source for fixture details.
8. External links
The site may link to third-party websites — for example, our sister site SureBets, or WhatsApp for support. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those sites. Following an external link is at your own risk.
9. Age restriction
This service is for adults 18 years and over. It is illegal to bet in Kenya if you are under 18. By using the site, you confirm that you are of legal betting age.
